Go2Sweden's website ran on WordPress with over 130 pages spread across multiple languages, built on a legacy custom plugin architecture from a previous agency. The client needed a faster, more maintainable platform without losing years of accumulated content, structure, or search visibility.

The approach

We rebuilt the site on Next.js, migrating all multilingual content, page structures, and SEO signals from the legacy WordPress export. Using crawl data and search console history to preserve existing search performance, we reconstructed the content architecture in the new framework while working within the constraints of the client's limited platform access.

A modern, high-performance website that retains the full multilingual footprint and SEO equity of the original platform, giving Go2Sweden a scalable foundation to build on, including plans for a future client CRM integration.

FSIDK needed more than a static informational website. The organization required a fully functioning web application with its own backend and database to support a bilingual (English/Danish) audience, along with reliable hosting and domain infrastructure for its public-facing services.

We developed the platform on Next.js with a Prisma/MySQL backend, structuring multilingual support at the application level rather than relying on static translated pages. Beyond development, we handled domain configuration, SSL, and deployment on a managed hosting environment, along with a structured content and legal-compliance review.

A fully operational, bilingual web application backed by a stable server and database layer, deployed with proper domain and security configuration, giving FSIDK a professional, production-ready platform rather than a static brochure site.

The challenge

German bookkeeping runs on its own standard: DATEV as the system of record, SKR03 or SKR04 charts of accounts, VAT keys that vary by transaction type, and open-item (OPOS) discipline that most outsourced finance teams outside Germany aren't built to handle. Clients needed a partner who could book to that standard directly, not translate a generic process into it.

The approach

We built a dedicated DATEV bookkeeping operation covering the full monthly cycle: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and cash reconciliation, payment-processor reconciliation, German VAT, and monthly close, structured around correct SKR03/SKR04 account mapping and VAT-key assignment from the first entry. The team now manages books for GmbH, GbR, and Einzelunternehmer entities across construction, trades, machinery, automotive, retail, real estate, publishing, green energy, non-profit, and services clients.

The result

40+ active German clients now run their monthly close through this operation, spanning 10+ industries and every major German legal form, with OPOS management keeping open items current rather than accumulating into a year-end backlog.
